Many people will be aware of the 'Hollywood Walk of Fame' in the USA, which features stars in the pavement dedicated to the stars of Hollywood
But, did you know we have a similar 'Walk of Fame' right here in the city of Liverpool here in the UK?
Take a trip along Liverpool's waterfront and you will come to the Britannia Inn, a pub and restaurant overlooking the River Mersey, and a pleasant enough place to stop off for a pie and a pint
Whilst you're there, take a walk along the promenade and you'll find Liverpool's Walk of Fame, featuring stars from music, television, literature, sport and local business
Amongst the stars are:
Red Rum, multi winner of the famous Grand National Steeplechase
One of the city's famous sons, Mike McCartney (he also had a famous brother) of the sixties pop group The Scaffold
And another famous group from the sixties, but who continue to entertain audiences at home and abroad, The Searchers
Another is, well, there's lots more but we'll leave you to spot your favourites
